In September 2005, PFC has successfully arranged over $8 Million of finance backed by movie copyrights with Mitsubishi Bank and the Japan Development Bank. PFC was also the first company to arrange an intellectual property trust in Japan between Kyushu University and Mitsubishi Trust Bank in November 2005.
In September 2006, PFC supported the raising of a $100M fund for Fukuoka bank to invest in high yeild debt, real estate and IP. In March 2007, PFC raised a $10M IP fund with SMRJ, a government organization, and Fukuoka bank. This was the first ever fund specifically targeting IP securitization and project finance for technology development in Japan.

Movie production companies
PFC can support movie production companies. Raising funds in order to finance the production and distribution of movies. In 2005, PFC successfully intiated an $8M movie fund on behalf of Artport, a well known movie production company in Japan.
Companies working in R&D sectors
PFC provides IP valuation services and assistance acquiring bank loans for companies developing new products and processes. PFC recently provided support for a company developing new materials used in the manufacturing process of nanometer-size semi-conductors and other high/ low-tech manufacturing companies.
Strong brand-name companies working in the retail sector
PFC can help securitize strong brand names for companies with an established retail network in industries such as fast foods, sports gear, apparel and other consumer goods.
